I'm Pleased to Announce

. . . . . . . . that Harry's iPod is about to make the transitions from 'D' to 'E'. The last 'D' song is "Dust and Diesel" by Bruce Cockburn. It is ending right . . . now. The first 'E' is "E.V.A." by Jean-Jaques Perry from "Moog - original film soundtrack". Definitely Moog with tremulous
wah-wah, happy Herby Hancock beat and electric hollow-body guitar riffs lying laid on top until they trail off into a fadeout of frog croaks.

Harry's iPod factoid of the the day:

There are ten unique song performances starting with the word "down":

Down by the River -from Neil Young Decade" and Neil Young w/ Crazy Hourse, "Everybody Knows this is Nowhere"

Down by the Seaside - Led Zeppelin from "Physical Graffiti"

Down by the Side of the Road - John Prine from the "Great Days" anthology

Down in the Boondocks - Ry Cooder from "Borderline"

Down in the Flood - Bob Dylan - Greatest Hits

Down Slow - Moby - Play

Dow To the Waterline - Dire Straits, Eponymous and also "Money for Nothing"

Down To the Wire - Neil Young, Decade

Down to Seeds and Stems again Blues - Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen - Best of Collection
